Lunch Date

Dallas and Cody had grandparent lunch day at their school today. They were sure excited when Grandpa and Grandma Stone said they would be attending. They brought them McDonalds and then the boys were able to show them the book fair where they were spoiled there. We Love Grandpa and Grandma!!! Thanks for coming:)

We have a window painter that we have been working with and helping us try to decide on what to put on the display windows at Best Self Storage. "Joan" came today and worked on the smaller window facing 15th street. It turned out pretty good we thought. Can't wait to see the big display windows done that face Pioneer Ave.

Karaoke

Mike and I went with my sister and her friend to do karaoke last night. It was my first time doing it but I had a blast. Mike did awesome and the dj even commented on how good he was;) I'm such a proud wife:) Desi and Phil did great too. I can't wait to go again.

Utah Visitors

This past weekend we had the pleasure of having Mike's best friend,Jason, and his family come and see us from Salt Lake City. It has been about two years since the whole family has come up for a visit so we were super excited to have them. Mike and Jason had a lot of fun "brainstorming" in the studio until the wee hours of the morning and hanging out. We took the kids to the park this morning before they had to take off. It was at one point today 63 degrees! It was not a typical January day but awesome none the less. We ended the day today by taking the boys to a couple of pet stores this evening. They loved petting the cats and wanted to bring all of them home.

Surprise

My girlfriends and I finally got together to hang out and exchange some Christmas Dough:) lol It was a lot of fun and the best part was our surprise-

Happy New Year

Mike had a gig tonight at the Fox Sports Grill in Seattle so I thought it would be fun to have a little party with my little men here. I bought some mini Martinelli's for everyone and some yummy snacks and we had a great time throwing 2009 under the table:) Juliet rode with Mike up to Seattle so I watched Kingston for a while until Aaron was able to come and pick him up. Aaron was a sport though and hung out with us for a couple hours to party hard:) We ate some food, had an awesome game of duck duck goose, freeze tag and of course spin the bottle-which was mostly truth or dare. One of the dares even gave my son his first opportunity at a prank call which works great with caller id *thanks aunt Lisa for being such a good sport:)* My sweet husband was able to even call me at midnight to wish me a happy new year. Maybe next year I will be with him:) Happy New Year everyone. I hope this year is filled with many happy memories and lots of fun opportunities.
