Seattle Day

My friend Dammond took me up to Seattle for the day and we enjoyed some great food and fun! We ended the night watching the new Avengers: Infinity War movie and then eating dinner at Bahama Breeze in SouthCenter. Such a fun day! He bought me a beautiful bouquet of flowers-ate some yummy coconut cashews and visited the aquarium. It started out a bit rainy but we had so much fun.

Happy birthday Elijah!

Elijah is officially 12 now! I can't believe he will be my next teenager on his next birthday. Elijah is so smart and kind. He recently grew to love solving rubiks cubes and now has 3 different ones to play around with. Elijah is a great baseball player, kind hearted, funny, caring, smoothie making kid. I love this kid so dang much! He doesn't like to get his picture taken all the time so lately I haven't had a lot of pictures turn out-however I got him to smile a couple times.

Aunt Juliet and Uncle Aaron took the boys to the Spring Fair in Puyallup this year. They had lots of fun and enjoyed some fun rides and food. Thanks for taking them guys!

Progress

Elijah has had his expanders in for a few weeks now and tonight he was super excited to tell me that he looked and saw in the mirror that he had a space between his front teeth now. Starting to see some progress for sure. The orthodontist said if all goes as planned we should be putting his braces on June 14th!

Baseball Season

Elijah and Brandon are playing baseball for Bethel Rec again this year. Brandon is pitching mostly and Elijah is playing 3rd base. They are both doing great and get better every year.

Daffodil Parade 2018

Cody was able to be in the marching band again this year for the Daffodil Parade. We went to the Orting Parade so we could pick him up and take him home afterwards. It made for a long and very wet day for him.  Wish I could've had some better picks of him but it was sure fun.

We carpooled with my friend Malissa and her kids Jordan and Leila again this year. Her son  Ondre plays the trumpet in the band as well.

This motorcycle club was great-super funny and doing all these tricks like riding backwards and stuff.

Love the rodeo princesses with their horses all dolled up.

TOFW

I was able to attend Time Out For Women in Seattle on Friday night with my sisters and mother in law.  It was such a fun night and so spiritually uplifting. The musical numbers by Nathan Pacheco were absolutely beautiful and the inspirational talks by Tim Ballard on finding the light in all the darkness (he works with groups helping rescue children forced into the sex trade business) and Gail Miller who taught us that we all have a voice and we need to express it.  All such wonderful talks-my heart is full.

Juliet was pushing mom-we only almost lost her a couple times!

Easter Blessings!

Happy Easter

The boys were at their dads so I spent Easter watching General Conference. There were so many wonderful talks given and what inspiration. I'm so grateful for a living prophet and for those many other Apostles and sisters that spoke to us and gave their testimony of the resurrection and our Savior. I'm excited to see the new changes implemented and to hear of 7 new temples!  Signs of the times and prophecies being fulfilled. We are truly in the last dispensation.
My keto cheesecake

Easter Bunny brought boys baskets here for when they got home. I bought them personalized eggs with their names on them from a lady in our ward (that was the white box in front)

I've been experimenting with new "Keto" friendly recipes. This was  a cauliflower  mash...yummy!
