St. George or Bust!!
Mike had the boys the first week of Christmas break this year so I was able to take about 5 days and fly down to Las Vegas and take a shuttle to St. George to visit my parents. I stayed with my friend Sarah from college overnight and then she took me to catch a shuttle early the next morning. (We figured that would be much easier than my folks driving to get me when it only costs about $20 to take the shuttle). We packed so much into the time I was there. The weather was beautiful! My parents treated me to a play the first day I was there and then they kept showing me all the fun places that I'd only heard about on the phone. We went to the Cactus Gardens, Zions National Park, Temple Square and looked at nativities from around the world. We went to a live nativity at an outdoor theater one night-tried Swiggs Cookies, the movies (2x) and I was even able to work at the store house one day getting holiday orders put together for families. It was so much fun going and spending time with my parents. I loved seeing that part of the country and am so grateful for the good things they are accomplishing there on their mission. Love you guys!
The theater was called Brighams Playhouse. It was a musical about 4 men who died on their way to a Christmas show-super fun show.
Zions National Park- you can see the mountain climbers if you look close at the one picture towards the top
Live Nativity-so wonderful
The cactus gardens-the lights were so pretty. They were really pretty in the daytime too!
Beautiful lights downtown
So many fun and goofy nights-
Temple Square
